These terms govern your use of RotaGrid. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using RotaGrid on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

RotaGrid provides tools to build and manage worker schedules. We may update, add or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access data without authorization, or use it to violate any law.
• Do not exceed documented rate limits or attempt to circumvent abuse controls.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RotaGrid disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
