Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RotaGrid. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using RotaGrid on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

RotaGrid provides tools to build and manage worker schedules. We may update, add or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access data without authorization, or use it to violate any law.
• Do not exceed documented rate limits or attempt to circumvent abuse controls.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Paid plans are charged per scheduled worker and renew automatically for the term you choose (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Each plan bills a minimum number of workers, shown on the pricing page, even if you schedule fewer. The billed quantity follows the number of workers in your schedule. If it grows, we charge for the additional workers over the remainder of your current term, a few days after the increase and after telling you by email; if it falls, the lower number takes effect at your next renewal and no refund or credit is issued for the current term. Your current head count, the quantity you are billed for and the amount of your next invoice are shown on your billing page at all times.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RotaGrid disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
